To ensure the consistency, reputation, and legal integrity of Little Bud Pre-School across all branches, the following rules are mandatory for all franchisees:
1. Unauthorized Expansion Prohibited:
No franchisee is allowed to open another branch of Little Bud Pre-Schoolwithout prior written approval from the Head Office. Violationof this clause will lead to immediate legal actionunder the Trademark Act, 1999 (India)and cancellation of the franchise.
2. Adherence to Standard Rules and Guidelines
Each franchise must strictly follow the academic framework, branding guidelines, curriculum, teacher training protocols, and operational rules set by the central Little Bud Pre-School authority.
Failure to comply may lead to:
ü Issuance of a warning notice
ü Suspension or termination of the franchise agreement
ü Legal action, if necessary
The decision of the Head Office will be final and binding.
3. Trademark & Branding Integrity
Franchisees must:
ü Use only approved logos, taglines, and branding material
ü Not alter the school name, logo, or theme in any manner
ü Not use Little Bud Pre-School branding for any third-party or unauthorized purpose
Any misuse of the trademark will be legally prosecuted under relevant sections of the Trademark Act of India.
4. Quality Standards Enforcement
Franchisees must maintain hygiene, safety, academic quality, and staff conduct standards. Surprise audits may be conducted. Repeated quality violations can lead to franchise cancellation without refund.
5. Non-Compete Clause
Franchisees and their family members must not start or promote any similar pre-school business under a different name within a 4 km radius of their franchise center during the term of the agreement and for 2 years post termination.
6. Use of Curriculum and Content
The curriculum and learning materials provided are intellectual property of Little Bud Pre-School. Any reproduction, sale, or unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited and will result in legal proceedings.
7. Respecting the Brand's Image
Franchise owners and staff must:
ü Avoid any social, political, or commercial activity that may harm the reputation of Little Bud Pre-School
ü Maintain ethical conduct in all communications and events
